Yes, without restrictions. After completing the installation of your new server, we will send you an email with the IP address and root password. We recommend replacing this password immediately with a secure password, which can be done through your dashboard in our customer area.

The login details, including the IP address, username, and password, will be sent to you via email a few minutes after your server is started. These details will also be displayed in your dashboard.

Before ordering, you can select the operating system for your server. We offer AlmaLinux, CentOS, CloudLinux, Debian, Debora, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, and Windows Server as current images.

If one of these operating systems is missing from the order form (e.g., Windows Server), it can be installed later in your customer area dashboard.

Yes! As soon as you place an order, your server will be allocated with the booked resources and recorded on our host system. Unfortunately, temporary bottlenecks may occur when the CPU load of our host systems increases at night. We will do our best to ensure that your booked resources are always available and do not experience bottlenecks. However, we offer shared hosting at a low price and use the principle of shared hosting.

Your data is stored on Samsung Datacenter SSDs. We operate at least 2 TB per node in RAID 1. This way, even in the worst case of a hard drive failure, the broken hard drive can be replaced without downtime - without data loss.

However, we recommend creating your own backups to ensure data security and minimize data loss. We also offer optional backup services at a reasonable price.
