We keep your web, e-mail and database data for up to 180 days. The number of days varies depending on the web hosting product (up to 30 days for Standard, up to 90 days for Smart and up to a full 180 days for Business). We charge a flat fee of CHF 100 for every backup restoration. We cannot install backups for individual customers for cloud services such as Drive, Calendar and Address Books. We recommend that our customers keep local backup copies of important data. In addition, we mirror your web hosting data on several hard drives for even greater availability. We also recommend that our customers regularly back up their most important website data, databases and e-mails locally or in another secure location. This further increases the security of your data.
